The Queen of all pineapples

Hand-grown in mineral-rich mountain soil, Her Majesty hits 16–18° Brix — nearly double the sweetness of ordinary pineapple. We ship her raw and dried, by air and sea, to importers who demand the very best.

100% Queen variety — never a blend!

Why we crowned this pineapple

Every pineapple variety has a throne room, but only one sits on the throne. The Queen grows slowly on misty mountain slopes, ripening the way fruit did before shortcuts existed — small, dense, and absurdly sweet.

We are growers, not traders — mountain people who harvest by hand at dawn, cure the crowns, grade every single fruit, and pack within hours — then fly or sail her to your port, raw and full of perfume, or dried into golden rings that taste like chewable sunshine.

farm to port

The Queen's journey to you

Five hand-drawn steps between our slopes and your shelf — 48 hours flat for air freight orders.

  1. 1

    Hand-harvested at dawn

Pickers walk the rows at first light and cut only fruits that pass the knock-and-sniff test. A Queen picked at noon loses perfume — so we simply don't do that.

  2. 2

    Crown-trimmed & cured

Crowns are trimmed to export length and the cut stem is cured in the shade, sealing the fruit's own moisture in for the long ride.

  3. 3

    Graded, weighed, stickered

Every single fruit is sized on the scale you saw in our video, sugar-checked by refractometer, and stickered with its grade and orchard code.

  4. 4

    Cold-chain from hour one

Fresh fruit rides at 8–12 °C, fresh-cut at 4–6 °C. From our pack-house floor to reefer truck, the cold chain never breaks.

  5. 5

Air & sea to your port

Full containers by sea for raw, expedited air freight for prime fresh lots, and dried goods that travel happily either way. FOB, CIF or DDP.
